| No refunds will be given in the event of an Act of God (eg weather), neither will they be given to competitors unable to compete for whatever reason. |

| 4. Any complaint must be submitted in
writing accompanied by £10 (which will be returned if the complaint
is upheld) The Organisers reserve the right to change or cancel any part of the schedule and the organisers decision is final. |
| 5. Any horse or pony may enter 3 separate classes, but only once in any one class.Organisers reserve the right to withdraw any horse/pony if it appears to be in distress |
| 6.An optimum time/timed section will be used in the event of equality of penalties 7. Hard hats with chinstraps fastened, to be worn at all times when mounted. |
| 8. Pairs must never have more than one fence between them = Elimination9. No stopwatches allowed. Outside assistance = Elimination |
