CLASS 1 ..........NOVICE/NOVICE ............Cross country 1ft 9in approx

Rider 11yrs and under on comp date, not to have competed in classes 3,4,5.

Open any combination horse and rider not to compete classes 4 & 5

C

Pairs Horse not to have competed in class 4 or 5.

NB Lead rein permitted in all sections. All sections may run together. All riders must allow faster horses to overtake. Anyone leading or not wanting this to happen must request this at the start and we will do our best.
CLASS 2 PAIRS Open to any combination of horse and rider. Cross country 2ft 6"approx
CLASS 3 NOVICE Open to any combination of horse and rider not to compete in Class 5 Cross country 2ft 6"
CLASS 4 OPEN NOVICE Open to any combination of horse and rider. Cross Country 3ft original course
CLASS 5 OPEN Open any combination. XC 3ft 3"/Built for Gosling cup 97/water/steps/sunken rd

A £5.00 refundable deposit will be charged for all competitors numbers
BACK PROTECTORS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

Rosettes: First to sixth place, horses/ponies separate.
Entry Fees Class 1A,B £8.50,class 1C £15.00 class 2 £19.00, Classes 3,4 5 £10.00

Entries close: Friday 13th November 2009 unless class capacity reached earlier
Late entry £2 extra on the day (not guaranteed)
No refunds will be given in the event of an Act of God (eg weather), neither will they be given to competitors unable to compete for whatever reason.
Rules 1.BE rules apply – Penalties etc.
2. All horses/ponies must be at least 4yrs old on day of competition.3.DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEAD AT ALL TIMES.
4. Any complaint must be submitted in writing accompanied by £10 (which will be returned if the complaint is upheld)
The Organisers reserve the right to change or cancel any part of the schedule and the organiser’s decision is final.
5. Any horse or pony may enter 3 separate classes, but only once in any one class.Organisers reserve the right to withdraw any horse/pony if it appears to be in distress
6.An optimum time/timed section will be used in the event of equality of penalties 7. Hard hats with chinstraps fastened, to be worn at all times when mounted.
8. Pairs must never have more than one fence between them = Elimination9. No stopwatches allowed. Outside assistance = Elimination
Organisers of this event, nor any agent, employee or representative accepts responsibility or liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, or any other person or property whatsoever whether caused by their negligence or other way whatsoever
